Pancasila is the foundation of the Republic of Indonesia which was inaugurated by PPKI on August 18, 1945 set forth in the preamble of the 1945 Constitution. In the history of the existence of Pancasila as the basic philosophy of the Republic of Indonesia to experience a variety of interpretations and political manipulation by powerful interests in accordance with sturdy and upholding the legitimacy of power were overturned by state ideology Pancasila.
